Accidently bumped into this one while searching GoogleMaps for fish restaurants in/around Mannheim. Since it was an ad-hoc decision I decided to give them a call and make reservation just in case, which turned out to be a good decision.
The location is a bit secluded, on the bank of Rhein, very nice and calm.
The staff is really friendly and helpful right from the stat, haven't had such a nice service in a long time. We opted for some fish (Dorade and a mixed platter) - wonderfully cooked and served, tasting delicious and very generous portion sizes! I also saw some really tasty looking burgers and steaks. The menu is on the spot - a good variety and not your standard "we have it all" 100 items.
The price is very fair for the quality of food, ambient and an excellent staff. Highly recommended and would most definitely go there again!
P.S. Make sure to book in advance, I think I was lucky to get a table having called 1/2 hour earlier.
Super nettes Ambiente, super netter Service (Hallo Toby), super leckereres Steak und Burger... Versteckt im Rheinauer Hafen, lohnt, die Navi anzuschmeißen. Wir kommen wieder.
